Parent-Teacher Conference Registration Nov. 10-19
Quaker Valley School District Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Monday, November 24 from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 25 from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. All Quaker Valley Schools will be using the conference scheduling program through ParentSquare. All conferences default to in-person meetings. If you would like to meet virtually, you MUST indicate that in your sign up in the notes section. Links for virtual meetings will be shared prior to the meeting dates.

The registration window for conferences opens on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and closes on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:55 p.m. Appointment notifications will be sent via ParentSquare on Monday, November 10. You will be prompted to visit ParentSquare where you will see posts from each of your child’s teachers where you will schedule your desired conference times. You can do this through the ParentSquare mobile app or by logging into ParentSquare on your browser (this works best on a computer). HSA Meeting - November 11
The high school Home and School Association meeting is on Tuesday, November 11 at 9:30 AM in the high school library. All are welcome to attend.

Athletic Passes Now Available
ADULT and STUDENT Athletic Passes are now available for the 2025-2026 school year. Each pass admits ONE to all home regular season sporting events where there is a charge. (boys / girls soccer, boys / girls basketball, V football). Playoffs and post season are not included.

At QVHS we see career exploration as WAYFINDING. Wayfinding Abilities are the habits and skills you need to get big things done in life. Wayfinding is the knowledge and capacity to successfully navigate college, career, and life opportunities and choices. High school is an ideal time for students to consider their possible future selves. Now is the time for students to get involved in experiences that will build their skills and their resumes.
