QV Athletic Passes Now On Sale

Quaker Valley Athletic fans can now purchase an athletic pass, good for all home Quaker Valley sporting events during the 18-19 school year. The passes are $50 and can be purchased at the Quaker Valley High School Athletic Office Monday-Friday between 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Please note, these passes do not admit fans for playoff events.

Odyssey of the Mind Parent Meeting - September 19 (at Osborne)
An Odyssey of the Mind parent information session will be held on September 19 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Osborne Elementary Large Group Room. Odyssey of the Mind (OM) is a creative problem solving competition where teams of five to seven students work on a long-term problem. The competition is open to students in all grades. It's a program that encourages creative thinking, team-building, and problem-solving. This session will provide detailed information about the program and will help you connect with others who are interested in forming a team.

High School Band & Orchestra Mattress Sale - September 22 in MS Gym
The QVHS Instrumental Music Program will hold its 4th annual Mattress Sale in the Middle School Gymnasium from 10:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, September 22. Name brand mattresses, box springs, pillows and sheets of all sizes will be on display, as well as massage chairs. Financing is available for all customers regardless of credit score. Proceeds from the sale directly benefit individual students in the high school instrumental music program, as well as the program itself. AIU (Allegheny Intermediate Unit) Apprenticeship openings for 2018-19 School Year
Students can apply for a variety of career related apprenticeships through the AIU’s Apprenticeship Program.  If accepted, students attend workshops on their own, during the school day.  Students will be excused from school, but transportation is not provided.  Click the PDF below for a listing of available programs.  For more information, see the AIU’s website.
