If you know in advance that your child will miss school, please email [email protected] and include your child's homeroom teacher on the email. Be sure to indicate the date of absence, reason for absence, and any additional pertinent information. On the day a student is absent, a ParentSquare alert will be sent home indicating that your child is not in school. If you have not yet submitted an excuse for the day, please do so through the link included in the message.

QVMS Fall Musical Announcement & Meeting - May 26
There will be a student and parent information session for any upcoming 6th, 7th, or 8th graders who are interested in taking part in the 2026 QVMS Fall Musical. This meeting will be held in the QVMS Auditorium on Tuesday, May 26th at 6:00 pm. At the meeting, students and parents will receive general audition and scheduling information, get first access to audition sides and songs, and meet the QVMS Musical Production Team. We will also formally announce the show that we will be doing. Attendance is not mandatory, but auditions are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 8th, so this information will help students to prepare.

String-A-Palooza Summer Camp: July 13-17
The String-A-Palooza experience is designed for any Quaker Valley student who has successfully completed grade 4, 5 or 6 in our instrumental music program. Students will garner extended ensemble experience by playing along with students outside of their immediate grade level. The cost for the camp is only $85! Camp tuition includes a camp T-Shirt to be worn at the concert which will be held the last day of camp. Scholarships are available based on need. register
