If you know in advance that your child will miss school, please email [email protected] and include your child's homeroom teacher on the email. Be sure to indicate the date of absence, reason for absence, and any additional pertinent information. On the day a student is absent, a ParentSquare alert will be sent home indicating that your child is not in school. If you have not yet submitted an excuse for the day, please do so through the link included in the message.
Urgent Transportation Change Request

Parent-Teacher Conference Registration Nov. 10-19
Quaker Valley School District Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Monday, November 24 from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 25 from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. All Quaker Valley Schools will be using the conference scheduling program through ParentSquare. All conferences default to in-person meetings. If you would like to meet virtually, you MUST indicate that in your sign up in the notes section. Links for virtual meetings will be shared prior to the meeting dates.

The registration window for conferences opens on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and closes on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:55 p.m. Appointment notifications will be sent via ParentSquare on Monday, November 10. You will be prompted to visit ParentSquare where you will see posts from each of your child’s teachers where you will schedule your desired conference times. You can do this through the ParentSquare mobile app or by logging into ParentSquare on your browser (this works best on a computer).
