Credit Check Forms

The Course and Credit Planning Guide is a sample of the credit sheet the counseling office uses and maintains for graduation purposes. The guide should be used by a student to adequately plan their four years at Quaker Valley High School. Total credits for each course are noted with course descriptions in the Program of Studies.
