DREAM Team
Information about the DREAM TEAM
The DREAM TEAM is a student leadership team made-up of 5th grade students that helps support the behavior initiatives in the school. Each year, 5th grade students have the opportunity to serve their school in a variety of ways, including collaborating with teachers and the principal on behavior initiatives and serving as the student voice in a leadership council, supporting their fellow students academically as morning classroom helpers, operating the spirit store, assisting younger students as bus helpers, and most importantly, being a positive role model by showing DREAM behaviors!
DREAM TEAM Expectations
Each summer, members of the DREAM TEAM collaborate with Osborne staff to create videos that communicate DREAM expectations to students. These videos are used at the beginning of the school year to by classroom teachers to introduce DREAM expectations to all students. They are also used periodically throughout the year as expectation "refreshes" for students.
