Safety Commitee
The Quaker Valley School District Safety Committee reviews all aspects of safety throughout the school district, makes recommendations to the administration, and facilitates and/or communicates safety-related information to district constituents. The Safety Committee is comprised of the Supervisor of Building and Grounds - Chairperson, the school police officer, Director of Finance & Operations, Director of Food and Nutrition Services, Director of Pupil Services, Director of Information Technology, and a minimum of one representative from each building, as well as a representative from each of the following groups: teaching staff, administration, Unit 1, Unit 2, transportation, and school nurses. The committee meets monthly, with additional meetings scheduled as needed.
