Safety Commitee
The Quaker Valley School District Safety Committee reviews all aspects of safety throughout the school district, makes recommendations to the administration, and facilitates and/or communicates safety-related information to district constituents. The Safety Committee is comprised of the supervisor of building and grounds- chairperson, the school police officer, director of finance & operations, director of food and nutrition services, director of pupil services, director of information technology, and a minimum of one representative from each building, as well as a representative from each of the following groups: teaching staff, administration, Unit 1, Unit 2, transportation and school nurses. The committee meets monthly, with additional meetings scheduled as needed.
