Dr. Joshua Ringling

Dr. Joshua Ringling joined Quaker Valley in February 2026 as principal of Osborne Elementary School. He comes with a wealth of experience, most recently serving as the Principal of Christopher Farms Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Prior to joining Christopher Farms as Principal, he also served as an assistant principal at W.T. Cooke Elementary School and Thoroughgood Elementary School in Virginia Beach.

In addition to his years of service in administration, Dr. Ringling also served as an elementary teacher and reading specialist.
