Quaker Valley School District is pleased to welcome Dr. Joshua Ringling as the new Osborne Elementary principal. Ringling will join Osborne staff on Monday, February 2, 2026.
“Dr. Ringling emerged as the successful candidate following a rigorous search process,” said Superintendent Tammy Andreyko. “His experience, passion for education, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting both students and teachers make him an excellent fit for Osborne Elementary. We are excited for the energy and leadership he will bring to the school.”
“I can’t wait to start in February,” said Ringling. “My plan when I originally moved to Virgina 15 years ago was always to eventually come back to Pennsylvania. It’s a pull to family, but also the fact that Quaker Valley is an excellent school district and was something I wanted to be a part of.”
Ringling joins the District with a wealth of experience, most recently serving as the Principal of Christopher Farms Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Prior to joining Christopher Farms as Principal, he also served as an assistant principal at W.T. Cooke Elementary School and Thoroughgood Elementary School in Virginia Beach.
“I am excited to continue to build on the great reputation of Osborne Elementary School. I can’t wait to meet everyone and build relationships, support students, teachers, and families, and then determine where we can make tweaks to elevate our game even more.”
In addition to his years of service in administration, Dr. Ringling also served as an elementary teacher and reading specialist.
