Class of 2025 Commencement Exercises

Congratulations to the Quaker Valley High School Class of 2025, who will graduate on Monday, June 2 at Chuck Knox Stadium, weather permitting.

• Seniors participating in commencement must arrive at the school and report to the auditorium between 6:00 – 6:10 p.m. to check in with the senior sponsors.
• In the event of inclement weather, QVSD has set the following rain dates: Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. District administration will notify seniors and families of any ceremony cancellations and rescheduled dates via text message through ParentSquare, and posting on the QVSD website.

Guest Information:

• QVSD does not require tickets for commencement; seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis – no assigned seating.
• Please complete the online sign-up form for guests requiring handicapped seating for the Class of 2025 graduation ceremony. On the evening of commencement, staff will guide those guests to appropriate handicapped seating locations on the stadium track.
• The stadium will open at 5:45 p.m., and all guests must be seated by 6:45 p.m. (access to the parking lot closes at 6:45 p.m.).

• Due to the limited parking at QVHS/Chuck Knox Stadium, we will only allow parking for the families of the graduating seniors. Each senior will receive one parking pass along with their caps and gowns. Students with dual mailing addresses will receive two parking passes.
• Students, including graduating seniors and members of the QVHS band and choir may not drive and park at QVHS on the evening of the ceremony (they must be dropped off at the school or arrive with their families).
• On the evening of commencement, families will show the parking pass to QVSD Staff to obtain entrance into the school parking lot. QVSD Staff will direct families to parking spaces, including those who need handicapped parking.
• The District will provide all other guests a shuttle from Edgeworth Elementary School.
• For the safety of graduates processing from the school and down the driveway to the stadium, the parking lot will close to all guests at 6:45 p.m.

• For the commencement ceremony, shuttle #1 will depart from Edgeworth at 6:00 and 6:20; shuttle #2 will depart from Edgeworth at 6:10 and 6:25.
• Each shuttle will pick up guests from the Edgeworth Elementary parking lot bus loop and transport them to the QVHS stadium lower lot.
• Return trips from the QVHS stadium lower lot to Edgeworth Elementary parking lot will immediately begin after commencement ends, with multiple trips if necessary.

• The concession stand will not be open for the event, so guests may want to bring water.
• Restrooms will be available for use.
• A health tent will be accessible for those requiring medical assistance.
• An ambulance will be on standby in the event of emergencies.
