Senior bassist Milo Hasak, and sophomore cellist Louisa Webster were selected to the 2023 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 1 Orchestra Festival held January 19-21.
The Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestra (TRYPO) served as host for the festival and were able to arrange for the final rehearsals and performance to take place at Heinz Hall. Students performed under guest conductor, Dr. Larry J. Livingston of The University of Southern California Thornton School of Music.
