Dr. Jeff Mulholland of Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy and Mike Fronczek and Kylie DiMichele of Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy will not be offering free annual physicals at the beginning of June as they normally are. These will be offered at a later date and time.
If you prefer to get your physical done before these dates are released, remember that the physical must be done ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 2020. This is a PIAA rule. Med Express in Moon will be offering athletic physicals. Please fill out sections 1-5 and the top of section 6 and take that with you to Med Express. When you get there, call (412-299-3627) and let them know you are there for an athletic physical, and they will come out to your car to get you registered. You may also go to your own doctor but again make sure that it is ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 2020! The completed PIAA physical packet (sections 1-6) should be turned into the QV Athletic Office or directly to Derek Clark once the school opens back up. Remember, if you play a fall sport, you will not be permitted to practice beginning on August 17th without a completed physical on file. If you have any questions please email:
