Tyler Garbee, a 2015 graduate of Quaker Valley High School, was selected in the 19th round of the Major League Baseball draft by the Cincinnati Reds. Garbee, a senior pitcher for Mercyhurst University was a 2019 Pre-Season All American selection and a 2019 PSAC All-Conference West First Team Selection.
