Congratulations to QVMS 8th grader Emma Smith who was selected to participate in PMEA Junior High District Orchestra at Upper St. Clair High School. Emma earned 3rd chair bass at the event. Under the direction of Dr. Melinda Perttu, music director at Westminster College, students performed many advanced musical selections. Congratulations, Emma!
