Free Physicals for 2021-22 on July 28th
The free athletic physicals offered by Greater Pittsburgh Orthopedics and Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy for Quaker Valley athletes entering 9th through 12th grade will be held on Wednesday, July 28th starting at 4:30pm. The physicals will take place at the Quaker Valley High School in the weight and training room. Please enter the school through the rear bus doors. You must have an appointment and we ask that you come at your assigned time. To schedule an appointment, please call Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy at (412) 741-5121. Do not leave a message if they don’t answer. Please call back at another time.
Starting with the 2021-22 school year, the QV Athletic Department is going paperless for physicals and all other required forms/documents. We will be releasing the online registration information in the near future. When the athlete comes for their physical, they will need to bring a copy of their section 6 (medical history) and section 7 (physical form) forms. These can be found on the registration link here.
