Elementary Material Collection & Distribution: June 8-12
Elementary Material Collection & Distribution will take place during the week of June 8th – June 12th by appointment only. Families should make appointments using the MyConferenceTime application - see link below.
Students RETURN the following items:
- Textbooks (Journey’s Readers 1-3 only) & Novels - Cafeteria
- Library Books - Gymnasium
- Laptops/iPads – borrowed for Remote Learning- LGI
Students COLLECT the following items:
- Locker/cubby contents
- Yearbooks (Edge. Only) Class Pictures (Os. Only) - Lobby
- Art work/Work on Display in Halls
- Instruments
- Lost and Found Items
Parents RETURN the following items:
- A.I.M. Materials – PTA Room
- PTA Supplies – PTA Room
GUIDELINES for Elementary Material Collection & Distribution
1. One (1) Parent may accompany students into the building
2. Parents/Students must wear masks to enter the building and are encouraged to wear gloves, as well.
3. Parents/ Students may NOT congregate with one another in the building or on school grounds.
4. Parents/Students should reschedule if they do not feel well or have a fever.
5. Parents/Students should enter/exit buildings using the main entrance by the office.
6. Only schedule one time slot per family.
