Work Permit Information

 

A work permit can be obtained from the high school office or at the button link below.

 

You must bring an official document that verifies proof of age, such as: Birth Certificate, Passport, statement by a physician, or Baptismal Certificate. The Application must be signed by a parent, guardian, or legal custodian, and submitted in the high school office.
