Mock Trial

Quaker Valley’s Mock Trial squad prepares students to assume the roles of attorneys and witnesses for a nationally sponsored mock trial competition. Students work in teams of five in bringing a case to trial in a real courtroom, in front of a jury of legal professionals. Every member of the squad works together to process and utilize evidence, witness testimony, as well as methods of cross and direct examination. Furthermore, we work with two professional attorneys to better understand the dynamics of criminal and civil law. It’s better than a TV show!
