The Quaker Valley School District has launched a districtwide Climate and Educational Experience Survey designed to gather input from students, families, staff, and community members. The survey—developed in partnership with Hanover Research and the Quaker Valley School Board and administration—will help guide future comprehensive plan goals, curriculum reviews, and ensure students and staff feel supported, engaged, and empowered in their educational journey.
📌 Who Can Participate?
- Middle & High School students (during advisory/homeroom)
- Parents/Guardians
- Teachers & Staff
- Community Members
📌 Why Take the Survey?
- It's confidential and takes less than 15 minutes!
- Your insights help us shape policies and initiatives that support student success.
Open from May 15 for approximately two weeks, the confidential online survey provides all stakeholders an opportunity to reflect on their experiences within the District. Families, staff, and community members received links via email, text, and ParentSquare notification. The survey can also be accessed here: https://hanoverresearch.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9Aopy2gv8UCUi0e
“The feedback we receive from this survey will help us assess the overall school climate and ensure we’re making decisions that truly reflect the wants and needs of our students and community,” said Dr. Tammy Andreyko, Superintendent of Schools.
Topics covered in the survey include school culture and climate, engagement, communication, and perceptions of safety and belonging--areas that directly impact student success and well-being.
Once results are compiled by Hanover Research, district leaders will analyze the data and share key findings with the community. These insights will support strategic planning efforts and ongoing initiatives aligned with the district’s mission and Portrait of a Graduate work.
