Quaker Valley Students Compete at the Pennsylvania Science Olympiad State Tournament

The Quaker Valley Science Olympiad teams came together to think critically, engineer expertly, and learn new things at PA State Finals on April 22. 

The high school had medalists in two events which was a huge accomplishment for the team! This is the 12th consecutive year QVHS has made it to the state finals.

Medalists:

10th place – Detector Building – Oliver Graham and Sienna Albano

10th place – Trajectory – Sienna Albano and Oliver Graham

 

Other top placings:

17th place – Forestry – Keira Myers and Sasha Zupanc

20th place – Flight – Lea Mauer and Nate Weaver

 

In addition to the high school competitors, the Middle School team also participated in the state finals.
