QV Teams Compete in Virtual STEM Design Challenge Event

Students from school districts throughout the region competed in this virtual event on April 12, 2022, sponsored by the Allegheny Intermediate Unit.

Each team was challenged to develop an improved transportation system that created a safer, healthier, and cleaner world.  Each team had to submit the following project components: a prototype blueprint, a design notebook, pictures of their prototype, and a two-minute presentation.  Thermo Fisher Scientific scored prototypes and project components, and awards were distributed to the three highest-scoring teams.

Congratulations to all of our Quaker Valley STEM Designers!
