On Wednesday, February 26, first-grade students at Edgeworth Elementary were running laps around the gym, all to raise money for children in need. Laps for Love started in 1993 as a service-learning project and continues today. The students work to earn pledges from family and friends, then run the laps in the gym. Over the years, Quaker Valley has donated more than $80,000 to The Children's Institute.
