The Collegiate Affairs Office:
- provides assistance in the transition to life after high school through college and career planning
- provides and maintains transcripts and school records
- advances the college application process
- assists with testing issues
- assists students and parents through the Scholarship and Financial Aid processes
- coordinates college representatives' visits to Quaker Valley
- maintains and analyzes longitudinal data

Transcript Requests for Alumni - Alumni transcripts are $3 per mailed transcript, cash or check made payable to Quaker Valley High School. Payment can be mailed or dropped off at the high school.
Please email transcript requests to Natalie Brazen at [email protected]. Please include your name, year of graduation and the college that you would like your transcript to be sent to. Please include the school’s address. You can request an unofficial transcript for yourself through the same email.*During summer break, June – August, please email Kelly Frank with all transcript requests at [email protected].
