How to Reserve a Facility
To reserve a Quaker Valley School District facility, click the Reserve a Facility link below. Choose a facility from the drop down list and click the Go button to see a list of reservations by month. Please check that the date & time you would like is available first. Next, click the Reserve Facility button at the top and choose the correct facility from the drop-down list. Fill out all of the required information, enter any special requests or equipment needs in the Notes box, then click Submit. An email will be sent to you immediately asking you to confirm your request. Once you click Confirm Request, it will be submitted to us.
