On Tuesday, May 28th one of the most sought-after sports dieticians in the country will be sharing some very important and useful information at Quaker Valley High School. Leslie J. Bonci , MPH, RD, CSSD, LDN, FAND, and board certified specialist in sports dietetics will present two separate sessions, due to the different nutritional needs for boys and girls.
The cost for attending this information-filled hour-long presentation is $25 per family, regardless of the number of athletes in your family. The boy’s session will start at 6:00 p.m., and the girl’s session at 7:30 p.m. Both will take place in the high school auditorium. These presentations are open to all QV athletes entering 7th to 12th grade for the 2024-25 school year and all 2024 senior athletes. learn more / register
