Dr. Barbara Mellett

Dr. Barbara Mellett has a BA from Westminster College, a Masters of Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a K-12 Principals Certificate and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Instruction from Robert Morris University.

She started her career in Memphis Tennessee, spent time in Atlanta Georgia, worked at North Allegheny School District, North Hills School District, and joined Quaker Valley School District in 2008.
