Join the Quaker Valley Elementary Schools for a beautiful showcase of artistic expression on May 15, 2019. Edgeworth and Osborne Elementary Schools will be open from 4:30-7:30 p.m. The evening will feature visual displays of artwork from students in kindergarten through fifth grade, culminating with a musical performance by fifth grade at 6:30 p.m. Stop by and see how our students are learning through the arts as part of Remake Learning Days.
EDGEWORTH ELEMENTARY
Please join Ms. Biddle and Edgeworth elementary students at the upcoming art show. The show will take place on May 15th from 4:30-6:30 pm in the halls of Edgeworth. Throughout the building there will be a variety of two-dimensional and three-dimensional works on display. This night is a great way to celebrate all the hard work we've done throughout the school year! Please note that the art show will be taking place on the same night as Mr. Kolodziej's spring choral concert. So, feel free to come out for the art show and stay for the concert at 6:30 p.m. We hope to see you there!
OSBORNE ELEMENTARY
As part of Remake Learning Days, join Osborne Elementary School on Wednesday, May 15 between 4:30-7:30 p.m. for a beautiful showcase of artistic expression. The evening will feature a display of artwork and maker projects from students in kindergarten through fifth grade. An additional focus of the evening will be on how students use and transfer their learning in the arts to increase their understanding of concepts in their other core classes. Displays from science, social studies and other subject areas as well as hands-on learning in the Osborne garden will be featured. The evening will culminate with a 5th grade musical performance at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to view displays in the cafeteria, large group room, front lobby, bus lobby, kindergarten and first grade hallways, and in the garden behind the school.
