Reserve a Quaker Valley Facility
To reserve a Quaker Valley School District facility select a facility calendar on the left, click the Post New Event button  above the calendar, then fill out and submit the event form.  Enter special requests and equipment needs in the Notes box.  Once your event is approved, it will be posted on the calendar.  For questions about your reservation, please contact Mike Mastroianni at mastroiannim@qvsd.org.

Facility Arena Scheduling Process
The bulk scheduling will be held through the Arena Scheduling Process (PDF).  Individual facility requests will be filled after the arena scheduling dates have been established.  We will not book individual usage before these time periods.  Every group as outlined in the Arena Scheduling Process Form is welcome to participate in arena scheduling.
