Monday Memo Overview: The Monday Memo is a publication of the Quaker Valley School District and is distributed throughout the school year. It is a means to communicate to parents the classroom activities, awards and program opportunities offered to students and teachers of the district. The district reserves the right to edit and determine its content.
How to Submit Articles:
- Articles must be submitted in paragraph form.
- To ensure proper transmission, use 12 pt. Times New Roman font.
- Please note Monday's date(s) in which you would like your article to appear.
- We welcome articles from non-profit community organizations. However, we may limit an article to two insertions. School information takes priority.
- Articles should be e-mailed to the designated person at each school below:
Edgeworth Elementary School: Carol Loaskie, loaskiec@qvsd.org
Osborne Elementary School: Rita Kramer, kramerr@qvsd.org
Middle School: Kathy Caldwell, caldwellk@qvsd.org
High School: Sandy Charko, charkos@qvsd.org

Deadline for Submission of Articles: The deadline for schools to send their information to the district office is noon on Wednesday for the following week's issue. Therefore, the deadline for staff and parent/school organizations to send their articles to the school is noon on Tuesday. This gives the school time to approve, prepare and forward the information to the district office. Also, please note that if there is a holiday, the deadline will be modified to allow time for preparation and distribution.
