Blessings in a Backpack Program Now Available
The Blessings in a Backpack program is a new program available to all students at Edgeworth and Osborne Elementary Schools. This program provides non-perishable food every Friday so children have nutritious meals over the weekend. Blessings in a Backpack works with each school's guidance counselor to ensure bags are distributed in a discreet and caring manner. There is no cost associated with this program. If you would like your child to receive blessings in a backpack each Friday, please contact Mrs. Christina Wawrzyniakowski at Osborne Elementary School or Mr. Joseph Villella at Edgeworth Elementary School.
ShoeBox Recycling Program Continues Through December 21
The HSA is kicking off a shoe recycling drive this week. ShoeBox Recycling ensures that gently-used shoes are diverted from landfills and reach the feet of people in need around the world. It is also a fundraising program that will help you earn some extra funds for your organization or any charitable organization you support! There will be a bin in the lobby until 12/21 to collect all your gently used shoes that meet the collection criteria. You can learn more about this program here: https://www.communityrecycling.biz/programs/shoebox-recycling
